This was a complex infill scheme in the way it consisted of the demolition of existing garages on sites on opposite sides of the road. We then constructed of a pair of semi-detached dwellings and coach house. Both sites were very tight and this therefore meant strict care and attention was required as well as ensuring space was fully utilised. The scheme achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, full Secure by Design certification. This scheme was finished to a very high standard and received a great deal of praise from the client.
