This scheme consisted of the design and construction of 5no. 2 bedroom flats, 2no. 3 bedroom houses and 3no. 2 bedroom houses. These dwellings achieved achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with the use of sustainable resources such as photo-voltaic panels, rainwater harvesting and Air Source Heat Pumps.
