The construction of ten new affordable timber frame dwellings, comprising of a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. This scheme achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. This scheme was completed in June 2011 and was awarded the best social housing 2012 LABC building awards.
