This was the final phase of a development to design and construct 15 new dwellings comprising a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Five dwellings were affordable houses with the remaining ten being shared ownership. These dwellings achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 as well as full Secure by Design certification.
