This scheme consisted of the construction of 3no. 3 bedroom houses and 2 no. 2 bedroom houses to be available for rent, as well as 2 no. 2 bed houses for shared ownership. These dwellings achieved achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with the use of Air Source Heat Pumps.
